"So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen
generations, from David until the captivity in Babylon are fourteen
generations, and from the captivity in Babylon until the Christ are fourteen
generations." Matthew 1:17
Fourteen generations in between those key events: coincidence? Certainly
not! That's a beautifully orchestrated plan of Jehovah; a well written story; a
carefully executed strategy; a revelation of God's awesome ability to
strategize and fulfil His will at the appointed times!
In the Scriptures, we read of things happening in the fullness of times
and at the times appointed by the Father. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, "To every
thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven."
And verse 11 says God has made every thing beautiful in His time.
Every man has a time. When Mary wanted Jesus to do something about the
wine, He said to her, "My time has not yet come." John 2:4. What you
have to do is to allow God lead you. There's nothing that can keep you down
when your time comes! When your time comes, your life will be beautiful! And
your dreams will come to pass! Wait for your time; follow God patiently; trust
me, He always knows what He's doing!
