Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick (Pictured left) on their way to lunch together today following public accusations that Kourtney cheated. Michael Girgenti (pictured right),a model, claims that he is the father of Kourtney's son, Mason, whom she had with Scott in December 2009.
Michael's story is that he met Kourtney at a photo shoot in August 2008, they began a texting relationship. In March 2009, Kourtney called him up when she was having issues with Scott, they hooked up and had unprotected sex. Shortly after, she got back with Scott and in December Mason was born, exactly 9 months after their little incident. Michael said when Mason was born he immediately saw a striking resemblance but efforts to contact Kourtney proved abortive.
TMZ broke the story yesterday that Michael has filled papers at a Los Angeles court asking a judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Mason, and Scott. He is also asking for joint custody of the boy.
Kourtney K denies the allegations as a desperate grab for fame. From the look on Scotts face(pictured above) he doesn't quite buy that. Not to talk of the distance between them.
