It is reported that human rights lawyer, Mr. Mike Ozekhome was kidnapped yesterday by armed gangs prowling the Benin -Auchi road around 3:00 PM at Ehor near Ekpoma. Edo state officials informed Sahara reporters. The kidnappers have not made any contact with Mr. Ozekhome's family at this point. It is reported that security officials have tried to rescue him unsuccessfully, with some police men dying in the process. Stay close for more updates.
Mr. Mike Ozekhome who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, he is an indigene of Edo State.
