The incident happened in a primary school in Illupeju, Lagos. Here's how she was caught: the little 2 year old girl returned from school crying endlessly. Her mother tried to pacify her and took her to the bathroom for a shower. As her mom reached to wash the down region her little girl screamed even more. That's when the woman knew there was more to it, she inquired what had happened and her little girl opened up and told her mom what the teacher did.
The girls mother reported to the police and the school management subsequently.
As expected, all the teachers denied it saying the little girl is making it all up. I can only imagine how dumb they'll make the little girl look.
They had to resort to parading all the teachers for the child to identify the culprit, that she did. Funmi was taken into police custody. As it is, Funmi is denying the allegations but the police are still investigating. She was charged to a special court on Wednesday after medical test conducted on the girl showed that her hymen had been broken.
