In Genesis 3:8, we read that Adam and Eve hid themselves from the presence of the Lord among the trees. No they were not hidden from God, they only thought they were. Psalm 33:13-15 says, "The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. From the place of His dwelling He looks on all the inhabitants of the earth; He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works."
Hebrews 4:12-13 says, "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account."
The reason a guilty person can be discharged and acquitted by a judge is because the judge wasn't present at the scene of the crime; the judge only relies on the facts and evidences presented to him, and on the ability of the lawyers to convince him. Therefore his judgments are limited and sometimes flawed. But not God, the One to whom we must give account to - all things, from our birth till we stand before Him are known to Him.
And His word is the greatest X-ray and microscope ever; when it comes it sees everything; misses nothing: and that's why no problem can be hid from it; that's why no sickness or disease, no matter how little it is, can be hid from it. Beloved, there's no secret the word of God cannot discover; you can't lie to the word! 1 Corinthians 5:8 says, "Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth." Cheers.
