PERSONAL GROWTH
To wake up, eat, and do the same things you've always done, over and over without learning something new and, or, developing your skills or broadening your understanding is tantamount to self subjugation because you'd be subjecting yourself to a spot.
At 12, Jesus spent three whole days with teachers of His day, listening to them and asking them questions. Note that it wasn't His parents who enrolled Him in a school or lesson, He personally decided to do that. No wonder Luke2:52 says He increased in wisdom.
Personal growth begins with a decision and a desire. But first, understand that it is a necessity. Wise and successful people don't leave their growth to chance, to the workings of a system or to the manipulation of others; they make themselves responsible for their success.
God doesn't encourage mediocrity and will not validate it by uplifting a man who doesn't take his growth seriously. You've got to study to show yourself approved unto God! Spend your money on yourself! Prepare yourself for tomorrow. Connect yourself to men and women who will improve your life. Outgrow your current level!
