A Nigerian scientist, Dr. Basil Fadipe has been awarded the European Society for Quality Research, ESQR, Quality Achievements Awards at its Annual Convention at the luxurious Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington, London, United Kingdom.
The Award, in recognition of The Justin Fadipe Medical Center’s enhancement and strides in quality research, is in honour of the doctor’s father, and celebrated for its “excellence, innovation, visionary thinking and the spread of knowledge.” In a citation, the Centre was “recognised for extraordinary achievement in quality management.”
Fadipe, proprietor of the Center said the Award is an acknowledgement and recognition of hard work by the 12- year-old Center’s quest for excellent customer service as a key factor.
Fadipe was also honoured by the Nigerian High Commissioner to United Kingdom, Dr. Tafida, at the British High Commission, London. “We are happy that you have done us proud but you must seek to return home in the near future to help our country no matter the challenges,” Tafida noted.
The Switzerland-based ESQR promotes quality awareness, recognise good business practices, technological innovation, quality achievements in organisations worldwide, and for publicising these organisations’ successful performance strategies.
