Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally make a public appearance after birthing baby North West. They visited L.A. medical facility yesterday, giving us a glimpse of her post pregnancy bod... sorta.
These are the FIRST photos of Kim and Kanye West with their daughter since KK popped back in June, and everyone looks happy and healthy. Unlike Kanye, he was all full of smiles as they walked into the doc's office ... with a nanny-assist.
No shot of North's face though ... she was fully covered in a car seat. Mama K was all top secret too - concealing her figure under a baggy button-down with another shirt tied around her waist and famous cheeks ... for extra coverage.

This is gross. New mom and dad can't even carry their own baby into the doctor's office? These entertainers are really something.
ReplyDeleteHey Mack T, take it easy on the celebs a little bit. But you know people always enjoy carrying a new born. Besides, Kim K had to carry her travelling bag, of which Kanye later assisted.
ReplyDeleteKanye could have carried the baby, its what human beings do. You nurture your new born and want to carry them. Celebs think because they are famous and make some money they are something special. I can bet you that an LA or New York based couple who are business people, not famous or anything but rich maybe with a combined networth of $450m will still carry their own baby.
