Dancing in the streets: Army men ease off with etighi dance

Whoa! Check out these Military men dancing etighi on the streets. What was going on? It seems the man in the middle was teaching the other two. Well, whatever it was, it's fascinating to see soldiers have fun...even in uniform. :)
