A GRATEFUL HEART
Gratitude determines your altitude. Don't be surprised by that because gratitude is an attitude. A grateful man will ascend higher and faster than the one who isn't.
Are you grateful? Let's do a simple test: did you thank God for waking up this morning? I used to take it for granted until I read Psalm 3:5, "I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me." It was the Lord that kept you, you didn't wake up because you are still young and strong!
1 Thessalonians 5:18 AMP says, "Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will]."
Thank God now; it doesn't cost a dime! It doesn't take time either; all you need is a grateful heart. And be thankful to people too; appreciate both the little and great things. No matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful, it is how God wants us to live. Cheers.
