Last week, she became the Rubies House’s second female Head of House after Nigerian Beverly won the first Head of House task almost two weeks ago.
Friday’s Head of House task saw the housemates keep their arms extended over their heads and the housemate who managed to hold his or her arm up the longest won.
Selly managed to beat of stiff competition from Zambian Cleo who was bent of winning the title for the first time after Bassey, Neil, ONeal, Sulu, LK4 and Biguesas were all disqualified about 30 minutes into the task.
It was an all ladies finale after the men dropped out of the race for failing to keep their arms extended over their heads.
Selly was adjudged winner after two hours of competition. Luckily for her, Big Brother disqualified Cleo for illegal arm extension.
An elated Selly screamed and hugged some of the housemates.
Nigerian Beverly could not take part in the Head of House task as she was banished from participating in the challenge due to the Power of No rule. Beverly’s ban was implemented by Cleo who won the first task of the day - Ace of Spades.
