BBA Update: Denzel Moves To Ruby House

For the first Big Twist in the Chase, Big Brother told the Housemates that  two of them were to switch Houses after the Airtel Arena showdown Task.

The two Houses earlier on this evening had a competition from which the Head of House from the winning side was to choose two Housemates of the 14 who were to be swapped for the other two from the other House.

After the Diamond House, taking the pride, the ball was in Feza’s hands and she had to decide who were to leave and join the Diamond House.

Again, Uganda’s diminutive housemate, Denzel, continued to steal the limelight when he moved from one house to another just after barely a week into the game.

With a big smile smeared across his face, Denzel listened as Big brother announced that he would be living the Diamond house for the Ruby house.

Denzel who was joined by fellow Diamond housemate Neyll from Angola rushed to the bedroom flanked by fellow housemates and bundled his things into a suitcase. He didn’t pause to ask the whys and seemed ready for the challenge that had been whisked his way by the head of house.

While out of the house and in the vast compound, the naughty Denzel opened his suitcase to reveal a pile of really short pair of shorts which he immediately started organizing. “It is just a game men… it’s just a game!” he told Neyll who had joined him outside. 

Diamond’s house which viewers think is arguably the most entertaining house was in a light mood during this whole announcement unlike the other house where emotions were high.

As many of the Ruby housemates shed tears for Zimbabwe’s Melvin and Nigeria’s Hakeem, Uganda’s Lugudde seemed to be just at peace with the decision. Lugudde, a.k.a LK4, simply sat there and watched as everyone fussed over the two housemates.

Hakeem, who was in a silent battle of sorts with LK4 for the attentions of South Africa’s Koketso, saved a moment to shake hands with the towering Ugandan.

Meanwhile, earlier on, the diamond house beat the Ruby’s in the fun filled ball collecting competition that had the housemates dressed in beach outfits.

Clad in nothing but tight fitting underpants, Denzel who was third last on the line, comically packed many balls in front and behind and started to run.

Lk4 however, who was in shorts, slid and fell but managed to get balls inside his shorts as his housemates cheered. As he run though, it was obvious that all the strings that he slid under were quite short but this didn’t deter the 6’5” tall baller from going to the end.
