Here’s one rumor we’re crossing our fingers isn’t true: could Beyonce and Jay-Z be in the midst of a trial separation after five years of marriage?
When we think Hollywood royalty, the first names that come to mind are Bey and Jay-Z — and Princess Blue Ivy, of course. They reign over the kingdom with dignity and grace, especially Queen B. But is there trouble in paradise?
According to a source who spoke with Hollywood Life, it’s possible.
Apparently, during Beyonce’s Australia stop on the Mrs. Carter tour, Jay-Z flew out to meet her for a few days of R&R. But their mini-vacay was more than just a few relaxing days at the beach: it was Jay-Z’s last attempt at making their marriage work.
“Jay Z’s early November trip to Australia was not just a family getaway, it was a last-ditch effort to keep his marriage afloat,” the source said. “Jay Z’s decision to tour Europe at the same time as Beyonce is touring Australia has caused serious damage to their relationship — damage that may be ultimately prove to be irreparable.”
Yikes! From what the source says, it sounds like Bey’s tired of Jay-Z not fulfilling his husband and daddy duties as much as he should, and she wants him to get his priorities in order.
“Not only did he plan the tour without consulting her at all, but he didn’t even try to coordinate dates with her tour. She told him he was selfish,” the source said. “Beyonce has been feeling like a single mother lately — and has been letting her husband know he’s on shaky ground, and she’s using the time they spend apart as a trial separation.”
Here’s hoping someone debunks this rumor ASAP. We couldn’t handle a Bey-Z divorce!
