Lauryn Hill has been released from prison.The ex-Fugees singer
has been released from federal prison after serving her 3-month sentence for
tax evasion. She was released
early Friday from the minimum security Federal Correctional Institution
in Danbury, Connecticut.
The super talented singer and song writer had been locked up since July 8 after failing to pay taxes on more than $1.8 million in income she earned between 2005 and 2007.

reports that the prison where Lauryn served time is same prison that
"Orange Is the New Black" takes place in. "Orange Is the New Black” is a new tv series, I published a TV

We wish her the very best and hope that she is
able to put her life back on track and achieve success. Its reported that she has already released a single since getting out of prison.
