Rumour has it that Rick Ross proposed to his long term love Shateria L. Moragne-el with a $500, 000 diamond ring on May 5 and she accepted! (with a ring like that who wouldn't?)
They have indeed been dating for 5 years, and she was present when Rick was chased by a gunman who was shooting at his car last January, and she has proven she is willing to stick by him through thick and thin.
Shateria is the CEO of Front Row Couture. She has been involved in fashion and the performing arts most of her life. She attended the Baltimore School for the Arts where she focused on ballet and modern dance. Soon after, Moragne-el decided to flex her creative muscle in a different arena – the world of fashion. She worked as a personal stylist and consultant, providing creative direction on a variety of projects, lookbooks and catalogues.
Rick Ross however took to twitter to debunk the rumours giving hope to millions of chicks. :)
