Rihanna booed in Australia after showing up late to her own concert

Rihanna pulled a Justin Bieber this week, showing up more than an hour late for her own concert.

Rih reportedly arrived 80 minutes after she was scheduled to appear in Australia, prompting fans to boo her when she finally did hit the stage.

The 25-year-old singer acknowledged her tardiness, reportedly telling the crowd, "I’m finally here. It takes me forever to get back to Australia every time... I now remember how crazy my Australian fans are."

The reaction did not seem to bother Rihanna, who thanked the fans on Twitter, and hyped her next performance. Class act!

Rihanna is currently on the last stretch of her Diamonds World Tour, hitting cities in New Zealand, South Africa, and Puerto Rico, before wrapping in New Orleans on Nov. 15.

Rihanna's Racy Tweets Lead to the Arrest of 2 People

Rihanna spent a weekend at the beach in Thailand, leaving behind a trail of racy tweets and incriminating Instagram photographs that led police to arrest two people for allegedly peddling protected primates.

On a break from her Diamonds World Tour, Rihanna stopped in Thailand to visit the island of Phuket, where she befriended some local wildlife.

She posted a link on Twitter to an Instagram photo that showed her in sunglasses snuggling up to a furry primate called the slow loris, and tweeted Friday: "Look who was talkin dirty to me!"
